Assistant Manager-VRF & Ducted Sales

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 5-9 years of experience in sales. Your main responsibilities will include achieving sales targets as per the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and effectively managing debtors. You will be required to manage existing channels while also identifying and appointing new channels or accounts to ensure a steady flow of business. Building and nurturing relationships with Architects, Consultants, and Project Management Consultants (PMC) will be crucial in generating more business opportunities. Monitoring the competition, providing relevant information to the reporting manager, and collaborating to determine appropriate action plans will be part of your routine. Additionally, you will focus on increasing business share from channels, customers, and influencers. Conducting product training sessions for channel partners and accurately forecasting sales will also be key aspects of your role.,
