Job Description

Role & responsibilities

CitiusTech is looking for a passionate UX designer who is creative, talented, and ready to solve complex UX problems. You will be crucial in crafting user experiences for cutting-edge digital healthcare products and solutions. A staunch advocate of users, you will guide design projects and advise clients on creating best-in-class design solutions to achieve their business goals. You should be adept at conducting comprehensive user research, creating detailed wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop user-centered designs. As an explorer by nature with a self-driven attitude, you will maximize the use of the latest technology advances, such as wearables, AI, NFC, and virtual reality, for the benefit of users. You will be part of the UX team creating world-class experiences for B2B, B2C, and B2E products and applications in the healthcare domain.

Core Responsibilities

Deriving insights from UX research documentation
Create wireframes (including Web and Windows SW platform - WinUI / WPF) and interactive prototypes to visualize the user interface and user experience
Conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of designs and ensure they meet accessibility standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to ensure a cohesive experience
Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders, using personas, customer journey maps, and storyboards
Work closely with UX manager and development teams to support UX requirements throughout the design and development cycle
Responsible for detailed design, effort estimation and delivery within given timelines

Preferred candidate profile

Principles of Usability and User Experience Design
User-Centered Design Methodologies, Techniques, and Tools
Design interfaces for Windows platform application WPF / WinUI
Business Intelligence, Dashboard Design, and Data Visualization Techniques
Current Trends in Design and Technology
Proficiency in understanding and capturing design requirements from stakeholders, demonstrating good communication skills
Expertise with wireframing tools such as FIGMA, Axure, Sketch, InVision, etc.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain design rationales
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to think originally and creatively in the design process, fostering curiosity and problem-solving
Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices
Experience in detail design designing layouts, form fields, native application panels, popup windows and workflow specific icons
Implementation of user-centered design methods and techniques
Experience working with international clients and taking ownership of delivery
Experience in designing B2B enterprise digital products and solutions, with a focus on information architecture and interaction design

Qualifications

B. Des, M. Des
CUA, CXA
Graduate or Post-graduate of design schools from IITs, NID, Srishti School of Design, MIT, or Symbiosis
Strong, practical knowledge of user-centered design process and principles
Portfolio showcasing UX projects, including user research, personas, and journey maps
