Managingateamwhilebeingaccountablefortheprogressionandreportingoftheengagementtothesenior membersoftheteam.

Responsibleandaccountableforqualitycontrolandaccuracyofdeliverables.

Communicateseffectivelywithclientsandtheabilitytocommunicatefindingseffectively.

Overseesmultiplevaluationandconsultingengagementssimultaneously.

Writescomplexvaluationreportsandeffectivelysummarizesanalysesandconclusions.

Workscollaborativelywiththeteamandisapositivecontributortothefirmsculture.

Leads,trains,andmentorssenioranalysts,analysts,andotherassociateswithintheteam.

Planningforinternalandexternaltrainingfortheteamspersonalandprofessionaldevelopment.
