Job Description

As a key member of the WNS Operations team, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, grooming, and developing a team of 15-20 team members to facilitate the achievement of SLA. You will need to effectively liaison with various departments within WNS to gain support and resolve issues. Furthermore, you will serve as a key interface between managers and team members to facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to enhance efficiency. Your role will involve understanding different areas of operations, including process knowledge, and successfully handling a team of 10-15 FTEs. Effective work allocation for the team and ensuring that all Service Level Agreements are met will be crucial. You will also be responsible for managing the pipeline quality and new projects, as well as ensuring accurate and timely reports are sent to the management. People management will be a significant aspect of your role, including conducting regular reviews, 121s, and appraisals. Additionally, you will need to analyze training needs for teams and provide support.
