Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Act as in charge of drilling and blasting activities in Mines as per MMR-1961 and PESO compliances.
  • Plan and Coordinate drilling area preparation and blast planning as per production and quality plan
  • To maintain all records of drilling, Blasting and Explosives as per MMR-1961 and PESO.
  • Submission of Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual returns as per MMR-1961 to DGMS and PESO to Explosive authorities.
  • Knowledge of all statutory requirement related to Explosive permissions and Licenses related to magazine, Explosive van related to DGMS & PESO.
  • First class Managers Certificate of Competency (Restricted to open cast Mine) under MMR-1961
