Assistant Manager-Transfer Pricing

As an Assistant Manager, your main responsibility will be to independently handle Transfer Pricing assignments for clients. This includes devising global Transfer Pricing Policies, conducting detailed industry analysis, preparing transfer pricing documentation, advising on transfer pricing planning, and keeping abreast of recent developments in Transfer Pricing in India and globally. You will also be involved in representing clients during assessments and appeals related to Transfer Pricing, participating in APA processes, and contributing to Thought Leadership through writing articles and preparing presentations on Transfer Pricing. Key Responsibilities: - Independently front Transfer Pricing assignments including devising global Transfer Pricing Policies - Undertake detailed industry analysis, functional/economic/financial/accounting, and benchmarking analysis - Prepare transfer pricing documentation/local file including Master File and CbCR - Prepare Accountants Certificate in Form No. 3CEB - Advise and assist in transfer pricing planning and strategy for clients - Track and provide insights on recent developments in Transfer Pricing - Represent and handle assessments and appeals related to Transfer Pricing - Participate in APA process, including site visits, negotiations, and MAP process - Identify Thought Leadership opportunities and contribute through articles/alerts and knowledge presentations on Transfer Pricing - Adhere to risk and quality management, account management, MIS, and other practice management areas Qualifications Required: - Only CAs are eligible for this role,
