Assistant Manager Tours - Female

Role Objective:
To independently manage and coordinate all aspects of women-exclusive tour packages, ensuring exceptional service, safety, and satisfaction for female travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and curate tour itineraries tailored for women travellers.
• Manage end-to-end tour operations including vendor coordination, bookings etc
• Act as a point of contact for all ladies-only tours.
• Ensure high standards of customer experience and safety.
• Handle pre-tour briefings, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Address and resolve customer queries or grievances promptly.
• Work closely with marketing to promote ladies-only packages.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tours and travel operations.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience managing women-focused tours will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
