Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Total Rewards team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in total rewards, with expertise in compensation and benefits. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage end-to-end compensation increase exercises, including budgeting, administering, and implementing the rollout process. Administer variable pay bonuses and ensure accurate HR data, including compensation, levels, titles, and bonus programs. Participate in annual salary surveys and provide analysis and recommendations for job matches and level changes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver Total Reward solutions. Create ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed, and work on presentation materials for leadership reviews. Demonstrate teamwork within and outside of the HR Department in handling assigned responsibilities and activities. Work on local and global projects in Total Rewards. Evaluate and compare existing benefit programs to identify key differences and possible areas of alignment, transforming these programs by recommending design changes that align with Global and local cultural perspectives and cater to a diverse workforce. ### Job Requirements Graduate or postgraduate qualification. 5-8 years of experience in total rewards. Expertise in MS Excel (complex formulas) and PowerPoint. Exposure to compensation in merit pay programs, incentive and bonus plans, and salary survey use & methodology. Ability to work independently and manage increasing responsibility over time. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Ability to create tools and models to interpret and analyze data. Understanding of industry-wide Total Rewards programs and their application. Highly detail-driven with an emphasis on accuracy and the ability to see the broader picture. Keen interest in self-learning and willingness to invest time in cross-functional HR projects. Comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment. Self-starter and imitative learner who can leverage local networks to identify Total Rewards program opportunities. Possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for internal presentations. Demonstrate the ability to seek out information, clearly communicate it, and provide quality advice. Ability to effectively manage communication and relationships in a highly matrix organization structure. Proven ability to network and attend external forums.
