The Library Cafe, located on Carter Road next to Carters Blue & Massimo Pizzeria, serves freshly brewed coffee made from some of the world's best coffee beans. Known for its high-quality coffee, The Library Cafe has established itself as one of the premier coffee shops in the area.


Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager at The Library Cafe. The role is located in Mumbai with some work from home allowed. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and handling administrative tasks. The role also involves scheduling, training new employees, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the cafe.


Qualifications

  • Experience in staff management and training
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks and scheduling
  • Knowledge of coffee and cafe operations is a plus
  • Proficiency in inventory management
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment
