Key Responsibilities: Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements (INDAS):

  • Lead the consolidation process of financial statements in compliance with INDAS.
  • Group Financials consolidation - preparation of Consolidated Financial statement, including Balance sheet, Cashflow statement, Statement of changes in equity (SOCIE)
  • Gather financial data from various subsidiary companies and other relevant sources for consolidation.
  • Analyze and eliminate intercompany transactions and balances to ensure accurate representation of the group's financial position.
  • Review & Preparation of Financials of Associate Companies and Subsidiary Companies Internal and Statutory Audit Liaison:
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors and leading quarterly and annual audits / limited review for consolidated financial statements.
  • Provide necessary documentation and explanations related to the consolidated financial statements.
  • Address audit queries and ensure timely resolution of audit issues. Financial, Tax & Other Reporting Compliances:
  • Preparation of quarterly and annual Financial Results in compliance of Clause 41 of listing agreement.
  • Review of news paper result publications.
  • Assist with month, quarter, and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Reviewing, analyzing & finalizing Management Representation Letter (MRL) to auditors and review of Statutory / Limited Review report.
  • Providing data related to Consolidated financials for XBRL filling, other MCA fillings
  • Coordinating & providing group companies data for Transfer Pricing (Form 3CEB, Form 3CEAB 3CEAA, Form 3CEAD) Expense Tracking and Reimbursement:
  • Track and process expense reports submitted by ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • General Ledger Maintenance of Indian Subsidiaries and Associate Companies
  • Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other accounting records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform periodic reconciliations of ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Key Requirements:
  • Good Experience in Consolidation,
  • Profound knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS).
  • Experience in coordinating internal and statutory audits.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
