You are an experienced Technology Consulting professional with a strong CRM implementation background in the Banking or Financial Services domain. Your role entails leading technical discovery of CRM systems, data flows, and integration points. You will define the target CRM architecture, including data models, APIs, middleware, and security layers. Understanding CRM lifecycles, functional journeys, and banking integrations is crucial. Additionally, you will plan integrations with core banking, digital channels, analytics platforms, and third-party services. Your responsibility includes translating business requirements into technical specs, solution blueprints, and implementation roadmaps. Defining data exchange protocols, synchronization, and error-handling mechanisms is also part of your role. You will assess data quality and define CRM data migration strategies, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and data privacy standards.
