Roles and Responsibilities

Job Title: Assistant Manager Sales and Business Development

Core Responsibilities Include:

Managing the entire personal care ingredient sales lifecycle for the designated
India region
.
Proactively seeking out and developing new business streams while consistently nurturing current client relationships.
Functioning as the critical link between the customer's needs and our internal R&D team, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Regular business reporting (e.g., pipeline status, YTD performance, customer feedback) for strategic decision-making.
Acting as a technical consultant to clients to support product application and drive sustained business development.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on personal care/skin care/cosmetics or specialty chemicals.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy /Cosmetology/ Chemistry/ or similar backgrounds
Strong understanding of specialized raw ingredients used in personal care/skin care/cosmetic formulations.
Proven track record of success in technical sales roles involving complex products requiring strong technical knowledge.
