Assistant Manager Technical

Role Overview: As a CBRE Facilities Sr. Analyst, your main responsibility will involve handling advanced facilities work in regulated spaces. You will be a crucial part of the Facilities Management functional area, which oversees the operations of a set of assets. Your role will include providing support to Property Managers concerning repairs and investment plans. Key Responsibilities: - Manage painting and patchwork projects. - Conduct major repairs on architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows. - Direct the installation of various items like shelving, tank holders, paper towel racks, and coat hooks. - Act as the main point of contact for front-line clients for various requests. - Coordinate with trades personnel for maintenance tasks, both corrective and preventative. - Utilize general knowledge of standard principles and techniques to complete assigned tasks and solve routine problems. - Demonstrate a broad understanding of your job discipline and some knowledge of other job disciplines within the function. - Lead by example, embodying behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, and may negotiate to reach agreements. - Influence the quality of your work and the work of your team members. - Follow standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. - Communicate complex information to others in straightforward situations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a combination of experience and education will be considered. - Proficiency in understanding existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. - Ability to analyze potential solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedent. - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Strong organizational skills coupled with an inquisitive mindset. - Advanced math skills, including the ability to calculate complicated figures like percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
