Assistant Manager - Tax TP

Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Transfer pricing concepts and TP law in India, identifying discussion areas with seniors/clients. - Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills in business English. - Possess comprehensive knowledge of clients" businesses and related issues. - Apply insights from previous assignments to identify patterns, reduce redundant work, and work efficiently. - Stay updated on case laws, draw relevant judgments" ratios to assignments, and meet client timelines. - Initiate innovative approaches to assignment handling and ensure timely delivery. - Handle transfer pricing assessments and liaise effectively with tax authorities. - Foster relationships with junior client personnel. - Take personal ownership of work, demonstrate accountability, and strive for high performance. - Learn new skills, share knowledge, prioritize tasks, and delegate appropriately. - Monitor delegated work to juniors, ensure quality and timeliness, and contribute to their professional growth. - Volunteer for additional responsibilities as needed, seek development opportunities, and uphold risk compliance and firm policies.
