Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Ops (Program Manager)

Role Overview: As a member of the Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team at Meesho, you will play a crucial role in utilizing data to enhance the experiences of our Suppliers and Users. Your responsibilities will involve identifying challenges, developing data-driven solutions, and implementing strategies to improve operational and experience metrics. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will leverage data insights to drive both short-term and long-term visions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Program Managers to enhance B2C and B2B fulfillment processes, including FC operations. - Manage and oversee 3P partners providing fulfillment center services for Meesho. - Lead projects focused on cost optimization and process improvement, ensuring tangible impact. - Supervise warehouse teams to uphold SLAs, productivity, and quality targets. - Partner with internal and external stakeholders to analyze and resolve operational challenges. - Utilize on-ground operational insights to propel scalable and sustainable process enhancements. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of robust on-ground operational experience in Fulfillment Centers, Logistics, First Mile, Middle Mile, or Last Mile operations. - At least 3 years of experience in Program Management or Process Improvement roles. - Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach. - Proficiency in project management, capable of leading cross-functional initiatives. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. - Knowledge of SQL or comfort with data tools (preferred).,
