Job Description

Position- Asst Manager-Stores

Location- Shamsabad-Near Hyderabad airport

Role & responsibilities

Receipt of Stocks at WH from Factory with correct documentation and maintain appropriate records in the Ware House

Arrange the stocks in the WH (a) to locate and retrieve easily (b) ensure housekeeping and tidiness in stores to avoid any accidents due to leakages/spillages etc.
To ensure proper identification of RMs, PMs/FGs and TGs for their timely issues and safe loading for dispatch.
To ensure timely dispatch of RMs / PM /FG from WH to Factory based on requirements from Factory
Update the Inventory register in the Warehouse on daily basis for receipt and dispatch
To ensure minimum discrepancy between system (DAX) and physical stocks by periodically carrying out stock checks so as to ensure minimum differences at year end.
Ensure vehicles that transfers materials from and to the Warehouse will have appropriate entries in Warehouse Gate registers
Ensure Vehicles will be placed in the designated place as directed by Banks man during unloading and loading and during parking

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate having 7-8 years of experience in Stores management in Chemical industry
