 Assistant Manager - SME MICRO BLSE 
 Job Purpose 
Creating a strong and compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.

  •  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Manage and support the effective deployment of a team of sales professionals within the geographical area, exploring new markets and allocating resources to the most profitable opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed business goals.
  • Create a strong and compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.
  • Meet with CAT A builders and get their projects approved.
  • Negotiate with builders to acquire business in a cost-effective manner.
  • Identify the need for sales training, analyze changing market trends, channel deployment, and provide feedback and suggestions to the RSM.
  • Ensure implementation of promotional plans and contests, and suggest new and innovative promotion plans for the area of work.
  • Recruit and retain high-performing team members.
  • Ensure high levels of employee relationship, motivation, and engagement to drive results and high levels of employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure that goals, PMP discussions, development plan discussions, ongoing coaching and feedback, and skip-level meetings are completed on time and effectively.
  • Effectively engage operations and risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes and profitability across locations.
  • Manage collections of the acquired portfolio.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  •  Qualifications:  Graduates with relevant sales experience of 1-3 years (also graduates with 8-10 years of experience may apply).
  •  Work Experience: 
  • Graduates with relevant sales experience of 1-3 years (also graduates with 5-6 years of experience may apply) in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments or corporate sales experience.
  • Prior and relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry, with specific experience in Personal Loans, Business Loans, or loans against/purchase of commercial properties.
  • Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
  • Excellent relationship skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and profitability.
  • High motivational levels; must be a self-starter.
  • Working knowledge of Excel.
