Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Sales / Senior Executive Sales based in Chennai. The individual will be responsible for day-to-day management tasks, including overseeing tour packages, coordinating with corporate travel clients, managing destination services, ensuring good client communication, and providing support for visa applications and travel insurance processes. They will handle bookings for flights and accommodations and ensure the smooth execution of the tour plans and travel management operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing tour packages and destination services
• Skills in customer communication and client relationship management
• Proficiency in managing corporate travel solutions, including MICE planning
• Knowledge in handling visa applications and travel insurance procedures
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
