Assistant Manager / Senior Executive Electrical Maintenance

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems in the factory. This includes handling HT/LT panels, transformers, generators, motors, PCC & MCC panels, and utility equipment. Your role will involve planning and executing preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime. Additionally, you will manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery/equipment while maintaining compliance with all statutory norms under C License requirements. It will be your responsibility to liaise with TNEB/Electrical Inspectorate for inspections, approvals, and statutory documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems in the factory. - Handle HT/LT panels, transformers, generators, motors, PCC & MCC panels, and utility equipment. - Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime. - Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery/equipment. - Maintain compliance with all statutory norms under C License requirements. - Liaise with TNEB/Electrical Inspectorate for inspections, approvals, and statutory documentation. - Implement energy-saving measures and ensure optimum utilization of power. - Maintain logbooks, records, and reports for maintenance and statutory audits. - Ensure 100% adherence to electrical safety protocols in the plant. - Lead and guide a team of electricians and technicians, providing technical support and training. - Support production and other departments to achieve uninterrupted operations. Qualification Required: - Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, drives, PLC panels, motors, and industrial wiring. - Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems quickly and effectively. - Good leadership and team management skills. - Familiarity with electrical safety standards and compliance. - Strong coordination and communication with cross-functional teams. - Preferred Industry Background: Textile, Spinning, Weaving, Dyeing, Garmenting, or other Process/Manufacturing industries. - Candidates must hold a valid C License.
