As a Sales Trainer, your role is crucial in equipping freshers with core sales skills and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of products to enhance customer interactions and sales performance. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and conducting customized training sessions for freshers, emphasizing on essential sales skills such as communication, customer handling, and objection management. - Engaging participants in interactive activities like role-plays, group discussions, and scenario-based learning to boost confidence and sales expertise. - Creating and implementing product training modules to educate the team on features, benefits, and unique selling points of the products. - Providing trainees with the skills to effectively position products to customers and address product-related inquiries. - Keeping training materials up-to-date to align with product modifications or new releases. - Delivering structured training sessions both in-person and virtually when required. - Arranging regular refresher training programs to improve skill retention and bridge knowledge gaps. - Evaluating participants" learning progress through mock sales pitches, quizzes, and practical exercises. - Offering constructive feedback and actionable guidance to enhance individual performance. - Staying abreast of industry trends and modern training methodologies to continuously enhance the training process. - Collecting feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine training modules. In addition to the responsibilities, it is preferred that you have: - 4+ years of experience in sales training and product training. - Prior experience in training freshers. - Experience in the Edtech sector would be advantageous.,
