Assistant Manager- Sales & Services

Role Overview: As a Sales Section Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager in supervising the sales sections and guiding the sales team for daily store operations. You will work towards achieving the sales target for the assigned section and recommend solutions to enhance store profit. Additionally, you will participate in managers" meetings to ensure the implementation and execution of decisions made. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Sales Manager in supervising sales sections and guiding the sales team for daily store operations. - Achieve the sales target for the assigned section and recommend solutions to enhance store profit. - Participate in managers" meetings and ensure the implementation and execution of decisions made. - Check the quality of gold by manual testing and with the help of gold check karat analyser. - Calculate and share estimates upon making the sale. - Perform end-to-end activities of bill transactions for D2D (Dealer to Dealer) cases. - Ensure the assigned team communicates Malabar Promises, product details, and offers to ensure customer delight in each sale. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong customer service skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team. - Previous experience in sales and customer service preferred. - Knowledge of jewellery products and sales techniques is a plus.
