Assistant Manager- Sales of Food Trainings

Job Scope and Accountabilities: Accountable for Growing Eurofins Food Assurance Business and Meeting assigned sales Target. Selling Food Training products like FSSC, ISO9000, BRCGS, ISO2200 etc. Monitoring Profit & Loss for the Portfolio. Successful leading training Sales in India Overall service Delivery Supervisory Responsibilities: Mentoring & Support of Business Development Managers / Executives. Monitoring and support to Operational activities. Duties: Responsible for achieving targeted revenue for Training Sales for India as defined by Eurofins Management. Prepare and present sales quotations and proposals to current and prospective clients. Reviewing contracts for new clients. Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM. Provide Monthly Sales reports to National Sales Head India. Develop and implement the territory sales plan. Lead, Monitor and support the sales activities and performance of Business Development Managers / Executives. Responsible for supporting marketing activities in Region. Updating Management on competitors and Market trends regularly. Identify and build relationship with client, consultants and industry associations. Ensure implementation & meeting of companys objective & policies. To proactively identify customers at risk of leaving and work to retain them. Assist in payment collection Assist in Scheduling Visit various cities & meet customers on regular basis. Ensure implementation & meeting of companys objective & policies. Commitment to providing a consistently high standard of customer service. Demonstrable record of success in sales, product or service marketing and sales management. To promote Eurofins programs to key market segments via targeted strategic marketing activities. Qualifications Bachelors degree in appropriate discipline. Minimum 3 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably from a CB company/Consultancy/FMCG. Additional Information Good at Communication Skill.
