Assistant Manager- Sales

As a Sales Executive for Doctor Referral Sales, you will report to the unit Facility Director and have a dotted reporting line to the Regional/National Sales Head. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth through Doctor referral sales, ensuring that individual sales targets are met. Your key tasks will include achieving budget revenue targets from VCs and Referrals across different product lines. You will be required to provide daily reports on sales activities as per instructions from the RM while working independently as a contributor. Building and maintaining a robust network of doctors to generate consistent referrals will be crucial. This will involve identifying collaboration opportunities and partnerships to enhance referrals. Additionally, you will be responsible for activating periphery markets by organizing and executing Doctor/patient engagement programs. Your role will also involve developing strategies to expand market share through initiatives such as medical camps, webinars, CMEs, and Round Table Meetings. Furthermore, you will be expected to conduct patient engagement programs such as Baby showers, ANC classes, physiotherapy, and diet sessions on a regular basis. This position is a full-time, permanent role suitable for freshers. The benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund.
