Role Overview

Assistant Manager – Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of

  Lotherme Category Electrodes

  , achieve targets, and ensure timely collections.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across

  MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) segments

  .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Provide

  Technical Support, Product Presentations, and Application Recommendations

  to customers.
• Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and prepare sales forecasts/MIS while coordinating with internal teams for smooth order execution.
• Strong application knowledge about welding consumables in

  Sugar, Cement, Steel, Crushers, Mills

  ,

  Boilers, and Conveyors.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Diploma in

  Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering

  preferred.

• 3-6 years of experience

  in sales of welding consumables, wear solutions, or industrial products.
• Good understanding of

  Hardfacing, wear-resistant electrodes, and welding processes

  .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and technical selling skills.
