Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for increasing market share through higher penetration and awareness of Fortis as Hospital of Desire’.
  • Creating database for potential customers & updating them
  • Identify and map the potential of target customers (patients/regionally – corporate & non corporate, doctors).
  • To identify, negotiate and establish alliances with all potential customers to develop preferred provider relationships.
  • Make proposals, demonstrations and presentations to doctors and corporate.
  • Service existing clients, Client retention and follow- ups.
  • Develop and nurturing new market and Client support and coordination activities.
  • Manage and ensure high quality service delivery to high-end clients.
  • Interact with physicians (internal and external).
  • Track Report, feedback, complaints received through marketing activities

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in Marketing field

3-5 years of experience in same sector
