Job Description

You will be responsible for driving the implementation and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System. You will establish and monitor Safety Governance mechanisms, develop and execute HSE pathways aligned with business goals, and manage EHS budgeting and resource allocation. Additionally, you will support IMS system implementation and compliance, foster a positive safety culture across the site, maintain robust reporting and documentation systems, and assist the Head of Department in executing safety initiatives for common functions. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: BE/B.Tech or Diploma in any stream - Mandatory: Diploma in Industrial Safety (PDIS/ADIS) recognized by State Technical Board/CLI/RLI - Experience: 5-7 years in safety roles, preferably in Chemical, Heavy Industry, Engineering, or Metal sectors - Additional Skills: - Safety Management System implementation - IMS system exposure - Heavy material handling safety - Risk management systems - Incident investigation and MIS reporting - SAP and online reporting mechanisms,
