Job Description

As an Assistant Manager, Revenue at Radisson Hotel Group, your role is crucial in understanding market dynamics, monitoring competitor pricing, and growing revenue and RevPAR for the assigned portfolio. Your key responsibilities include: - Delivering effective pricing strategies and ensuring optimal inventory for all revenue streams and market segments. - Generating revenue forecasts and budgets for all hotels within your area of responsibility. - Extracting and analyzing data from relevant systems for problem-solving and decision-making. - Collaborating with the Area/Corporate Support Office and hotel operational teams to ensure aligned direction. - Supporting the smooth running of the revenue management department, managing hotel reservations, and meeting & events inquiries. - Developing and implementing revenue management strategies to achieve key metrics. - Managing the team within the department, focusing on growth, development, and performance. - Taking responsibility for the revenue budget, cost control, inventory management, and performance levels. - Building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders. - Reviewing business performance and providing recommendations for financial improvement. - Ensuring compliance with legislation and best practices for internal and external audit. Requirements for the Assistant Manager, Revenue position include: - Proven experience in revenue management with strong problem-solving skills. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, and/or Distribution. - Desirable experience with Hotel Reservation Systems, Revenue Management Systems, or Distribution/Channel Management Systems. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or Statistics. - Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on and lead-by-example work style. - Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry. - Ability to find creative solutions, offer advice, and make recommendations. - Personal integrity, ability to work in demanding environments, and experienced in using IT systems. - Strong communication skills.
