Assistant Manager - Retail Partnerships & Merchandising

Role Overview As an MBO Assistant Manager at Isharya, you will play a crucial role in driving and expanding the brand's presence in Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs). Your responsibilities will include merchandising, business development, sales tracking, and fostering strong retail partnerships to ensure continuous brand visibility and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day operations with current MBO partners such as AZA, Ogaan, Ensemble, etc. - Create and monitor monthly merchandising and replenishment plans. - Enhance brand visibility and promote sell-through at partner stores through curated collections. - Track monthly revenues and prepare performance reports. - Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with partners. - Support expansion efforts by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new MBO partners in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. - Collaborate closely with the inventory planning team to ensure stock availability alignment. Qualifications Required - Strong understanding of retail merchandising and sales operations. - Prior experience working with fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands in MBO/wholesale channels. - Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to track sales performance and drive necessary actions. - Detail-oriented, process-driven, and willing to engage in regular travel for store visits.
