Assistant Manager - Retail Partnerships & Merchandising

As an MBO Assistant Manager at Isharya, your primary responsibility will be to drive and expand the brand's presence in Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs). This role will involve a combination of merchandising, business development, sales tracking, and fostering strong retail partnerships to ensure consistent brand visibility and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations with current MBO partners such as AZA, Ogaan, Ensemble, etc. - Create and monitor monthly merchandising and replenishment plans. - Drive brand visibility and sell-through at partner stores through curated collections. - Track monthly revenues and prepare performance reports. - Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with partners. - Support expansion efforts by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new MBO partners in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. - Collaborate closely with the inventory planning team to ensure alignment on stock availability. Qualifications & Skills: - Strong understanding of retail merchandising and sales operations. - Prior experience working with fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands in MBO/wholesale channels. - Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to track sales performance and drive actionable insights. - Detail-oriented, process-driven, and willingness to engage in regular travel for store visits.
