Job Description

Role & responsibilities The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in handling domestic sales as well as exposure to international exhibitions/expos, especially in the UAE and with NRI clientele. This role demands strong communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to close high-value deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or queries promptly. • Showcase properties, negotiate deals, and close sales. • Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and local regulations. • Work closely with other departments (marketing, legal, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services to clients. • Drive sales target individually and through channel partners • Due diligence/negotiation with clients & customers.
