Job Purpose:

New packaging concept development basis marketing brief and implementation Constant support to Head R&D on product development works in terms of analysis analysis/execution of projects

Highly Preferred Diploma/UG/PG in Packaging from the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP).

Cost analysis of existing products & to check the feasibility of cost reduction in packaging configuration.
Develop a pipeling of innovation concepts pack, identifying the trends
To lead packaging improvement initiative to achieve cost saving
Interpretation & evaluation of Shelf-life study data & sharing the same to all stakeholders.
Checking and approving artwork, Statutory and written content on wrappers, labels, Sheetings, Pouches,
Cartons received.
Development of PM specification of primary/secondary/tertiary packaging
Supporting purchase/manufacturing team by providing packaging technical support
Collaboration with cross function team like SCM/QA/Pdn for executing of various packaging projects
Participate & audit cross functional department as a member of internal auditing team.
Identification of accredited NABL Labs For External Analysis of final commercialized products.
Support for development of Specification as per ISO 22000*
Identifying the vendor & procuring the lab requirements.
