Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and detailed cost estimates for projects.
Monitor project budgets, track costs, and manage cost variations throughout the project lifecycle.
Support tendering activities, including preparing tender documents and assisting in vendor evaluation processes.
Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Implement and manage cost control measures, value engineering, and periodic cost reporting.
Ensure all project activities comply with contractual obligations, industry standards, and statutory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in any field.
Minimum 10+ years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering processes, and contract management.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office tools.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
