Role & responsibilities Co-ordination with the vendors on issuance of PO and ensuring the timely delivery of the material to site. Co-ordinating with the Vendors for timely submission of Bills for all the materials Co-ordinating and resolving the issues in the process of billing with the Vendors and CO team for clearance of the bills. Field visits for exploring Bulk Materials suppliers/Manufacturers in co-ordination with CO Team. Evaluation of vendors, their capabilities for supply as per the site requirements and submit the Feedback to the CO Team Conducting/Organizing Commercial Negotiations with local vendors for emergency purchases in co-ordination with the project in charge and CO Team. Preparation and submission of daily status reports of the material delivery to Project In charge and respective SCM Team SPOC. Ensuring the seamless supply/services of Bulk Materials for the project site as per the requirements. Vendor Development for all Bulk Materials across Northeast Region. (Value addition) Attend meetings with the Project Team with the latest updates of all Bulk Materials. On hand experience in Soft Skills and Knowledge on ERP. Supporting the Project in Charge in arranging the timely material in coordination at the Project Site Team Preferred candidate profile Any Degree with on-site Materials Management/ Purchase Experience
