Roles & Responsibilities:1. Work on new business opportunities.2. Bid Proposal Management so as to Techno Commercially qualify the company in the bid.3. Managing preparation of salient features of tender for management review4. Reviewing the tender documents.5. Handling pre bid activities for the projects6. Attending pre bid meetings and site visits7. Aligning with client/consultant for seeking clarifications on tender issues8. Lining up with process licensors and engineering contractors depending on the requirements of the projects9. Checking and contesting various commercial conditions given in the bid package10. Competitor Analysis and Inputs for bidding strategy11. Proactively interacting with Clients/consultants/peers to increase chances of getting business or seekinginformation on new business opportunities.12. Assisting the Estimation team in preparation of bid cost estimation as per the scope of work for the project/job as per the requirements of the tender issued by the Client13. Price negotiation for the finalization of the contract14. Interaction with higher management and evaluating project Win/loss analysis.15. Have good connections with consultants like CBRE, JLL, CW etc.16. Have good connections with architectural forms.Perks and benefits
