Assistant Manager - Quality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage QA teams effectively
  • Handle manpower planning and roster alignment
  • Deliver performance reports and actionable insights using Advanced Excel
  • Create and present impactful presentations for stakeholders
  • Ensure quality standards are met and exceeded consistently
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as Assistant Manager / Team Leader – Quality in a BPO setup
  • Strong people management and team handling skills
  • Excellent command of MS Excel (advanced level) and PowerPoint
  • Sharp analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Graduate degree mandatory
  • Comfortable with Work from Office – Noida
