Assistant Manager - Quality

Purpose of Job:

To monitor the In Process against the Standard process flow and Continuously Improve the process by reduce Process rejections.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Frequent have the internal team interaction (R&D, Production, Stores etc) to have good Quality to be produced
• Making the document for the Entire product as Process Flow, Control plan, PFMEA etc.
• Confirming the Line Process to meet the expectation of the BOM and Drawing requirements (Define Inspection method, Training to the Process Engineers etc).
• Jointly Support to Supplier Quality team to share the details of the deviation from the Drawing requirements (FFF methodology).
• Need to consider the PDI inspection on time clearance and take the actions immediately without Stoppage of the shipments.
• Supporting the QMS lead to achieve the ISO 9001: 2015 requirements for the In process.
• For New Products and evaluate the samples based on the customer usage condition by Creating the new standard (Beyond the Drawing requirements).
• Focus on factory related customer complaints and take appropriate actions.
• Need to thick proactively to achieve the Zero-line stoppage due to Quality incidents.
• Frequently need to interact with CFT for the new model parts and share the past failure issues at the development stage and fix as Zero reoccurrence Quality issues.

• # Reduction of Process Quality Rejection
• # Zero down time due to Quality incident
• #Quality System deployment 100% for the In process Quality.
• #100% Training to the engineers to achieve the Quality Targets,
• #Taking the lead for the calibration of IMTE for Factory & R&D Team.

Qualification, Education & Required skills:

• Education Qualification B. Tech required.
• 7+ years of experience required
