Summary of Role:

The Assistant Manager, QA, will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring all operations affecting product quality and compliance within the organization. This role ensures adherence to internal and external quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, and review Quality Assurance procedures and the Quality Management System (QMS).

* Lead the planning and conducting of internal audits.

* Investigate and coordinate resolutions for Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT) results, Deviations, and Customer Complaints.

* Review and verify critical batch documents (Batch Manufacturing Records, Batch Packing Records, labels, QC documents) prior to batch release.

* Manage the release or rejection of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, and Finished Products.

* Prepare and review the Annual Product Quality Review (APQR).

* Coordinate and implement Integrated Management System (IMS), Food Safety System Certification (FSSC), Halal, and Kosher standards.

* Conduct Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) training and handle validation activities.

* Support Customer Audits and Market Complaint handling.

Accountabilities:

* Ensure product quality and continuous improvement.

* Maintain consistent adherence to all quality standards and regulations.

* Perform manpower planning and performance reviews.
