Assistant Manager-Quality Assurance

You will play a crucial role as a Quality Assurance Professional in our laboratory team, ensuring the continuous implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the quality management system to adhere to national and international standards. Your responsibilities will include actively participating in quality system management activities, implementing and monitoring the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with various regulatory requirements, and ensuring systematic control of all QMS documents and records. You will be responsible for identifying, planning, and executing training programs for laboratory personnel, monitoring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, reviewing method development and validation records, and managing vendors providing products and services to the laboratory. Additionally, you will plan and participate in proficiency testing programs, assist in audits and compliance activities, review customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. To qualify for this role, you should have a Master's degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related discipline, along with 5-8 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance within a NABL accredited environment. You should possess in-depth understanding and practical experience with ISO/IEC 17025:2017, familiarity with various regulatory requirements, proficiency in laboratory quality control principles, and experience with LIMS operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
