Assistant Manager-Quality Assurance

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager-Quality Assurance to join our team at NOVAMED LABORATORIES in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience.

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in quality systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all quality procedures are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biology, or pharmacy.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Experience with quality management software and systems is an asset.
