Preparation of SOP/WI and review periodically
Monitor and implement actions for controlling Customer complaint , COPQ, COQ and Inhouse rejections
Training and hand holding to the plant team for identification of Quality circle and SGA Projects for achieving quality
targets and participate in external competitions like CII, ACMA, QCFI etc
Good analytical skill, Good Communication skill, Good Presentation skill, Knowledge MS Office, Lean six Sigma , Mini
