Role & responsibilities

Experience in SCM, Procurement including Global procurement, Production planning, Stores, Warehouse management, BOM.
Knowledge on raw materials, Import & Export
Knowledge on Aerospace (Precision Components Manufacturing - Raw Materials are Aluminium, Titanium, Inconel, Stainless Steel) materials, Availability & Supplier base
Exposure with New product development and speed up to ramp up Production volumes
RFQs lead time & Cost reduction
Ensure FIFO process
Supplier management strategies for on time, Highest Quality and with low-cost budget
Exposure in Inventory control & Stock Management
Customer satisfaction with 100% OTIF
Outsourcing for cost effectiveness
End to End Warehouse Operation - Inbound and Outbound
Key procurement strategies and contingency plans for commodities
MIS
Shipment strategies (advance planning) to reduce cost and optimized freight
New/innovative strategies and concepts implementation

Preferred candidate profile

BE. Mechanical / Diploma

Experience:

10-15 Years of vast experience with Aerospace/Precision Machined Components Manufacturing
