Job Role :

  • Vendor evaluation
  • Registration of new vendor carried out after necessary approval
  • Vendor development
  • Analyzing PR for availability of required details of Product/Service before raising RFQ
  • Identification of Vendors / contractors and select them in consultation with Head of Department
  • Raise RFQ & keep follow up with vendors for submission of offer in time.
  • Clearance of technical query raised by co-ordinate with indenter
  • Preparation of comparative statement
  • Negotiation along with other committee members
  • Preparation of management approval
  • Preparation of Purchase Order.
  • Ensure timely delivery of material / services
  • Co-ordination with Stores and Finance dept.
  • Necessary coordination for custom clearances formalities to get delivery of material
  • Finalization of ARCs and AMCs for smooth operations.
