Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities

To ensure data management (collection, collation, reconciliation and uploading) of all clients and

policies in the portal on time with 100% accuracy.

• Responsible for gathering, collating, storage, preparing required reports as per requirement for business.
• Developing reports as per business requirements.
• To maintain TAT of Addition, Deletion, corrections in endorsement.
• To conduct quantitative/qualitative data analysis on large data using different Excel tools.
• Intimation of Monthly data of client to insurer post QC and calculation.
• Follow up with insurer for closure of endorsements within TAT period.
• To Construct forecasts, Predictions and recommendations based on the Existing Policy Terms.
• To prepare and present reports monthly, quarterly, and as requested with issues, observations or
• outcomes specified.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree particularly from any background, General Insurance certifications will be an added
• advantage.
• Should have minimum of 2-3 years of experience in General Insurance industry (Insurance
• Company/Brokers/TPA).
• Should have minimum of 2-3years of experience in handling data management portal preferably SAIBA”.
• Should have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Should be strong in MS-Office.
• Should be a good team player.
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Should possess strong Communication skills and must have good negotiation skills
