Assistant Manager-Projects, Kidzee Preschool

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for establishing strategic partnership and identifying prospective business property.
• Identifying and evaluating properties / sites and negotiating with respective prospects.
• Feedback and analysis regarding site feasibility, catchment, competition benchmarking, project cost, market potential, and operational cost v/s revenue.
• Research & Market analysis to assist business development & expansion.
• Relationship Management with Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3 brokers as per requirement.
• Negotiating with builders, agents and statutory bodies for business establishment.
• Ensuring branding consistency and compliance across all preschool / location
• Coordinating with agencies for promotions and branding elements i.e. co-laterals, brochures, pamphlet, standee, pole banners, etc
• Other key activities are ensuring timely cheque/payment to the clients and submissions to finance.
• Maintain relationship with broker and developers for new property locations in the market.
• Bridge the gap between cross functional departments.
• The role reports to the HOD and is responsible for market research, sourcing, developing partnership, negotiating terms & launching franchise operated business centers in the zone.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E Civil /Bachelor's / Masters Degree with relevant experience into property management.
• Minimum 5-10 years of progressively responsible and related experience.
• Excellent Business Development & Negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• High level of focus on work/attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
