Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate with project managers and draftsman to ensure timely and accurate new POD BOQs.
  2. Manage vendor relations, including HVAC cost coordination and finalizing procurement schedules.
  3. Prepare and update project cash flow statements for fund allocation and vendor payments.
  4. Collect and verify final certifications, bills, and invoices from all vendors within 10 days of site completion.

Key Deliverables

  1. Ensure accurate preparation and submission of procurement schedules and updates on Work Orders (WO)/Purchase Orders (PO).
  2. Maintain and track project costs against allocated budgets, providing regular updates.
  3. Finalize new vendors with the sourcing team and ensure vendor-related tasks are completed efficiently.
  4. Ensure timely collection and verification of invoices, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
