Assistant Manager, Projects

As a highly organized and technically adept Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects within the Audio Visual (AV) and BRI space. Your role will involve end-to-end project execution to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, technical compliance, and client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning, executing, and closing AV/BRI projects within strict deadlines and budget constraints. - Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution. - Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders. - Developing detailed project plans, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as necessary. - Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. - Conducting risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and maintaining clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. - Preparing reports for upper management regarding project status, challenges, and solutions. - Ensuring that all installations, system integrations, and commissioning meet technical standards and client expectations. - Supporting project documentation, system schematics, and handover packages.
