Assistant Manager, Projects

As a highly organized and technically adept Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects within the Audio Visual (AV) and BRI space. Your role will involve end-to-end project execution to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, technical compliance, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong background in AV systems, BRI technologies, or media workflows, along with proven experience in managing installations, upgrades, or system integrations. Your key responsibilities will include planning, executing, and closing AV/BRI projects within strict deadlines and budget constraints. You will be required to coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution. Additionally, you will define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders, and develop detailed project plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary. In this role, you will also be responsible for managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Conducting risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and maintaining clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams will be essential aspects of your job. Furthermore, you will be expected to prepare reports for upper management regarding project status, challenges, and solutions. It will be crucial to ensure that all installations, system integrations, and commissioning meet technical standards and client expectations. Supporting project documentation, system schematics, and handover packages will also fall within your responsibilities.,
