Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities -

  • Maintain and update multi-year property claim trackers ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Track receipt and allocation of claim checks
  • Schedule and coordinate annual inspections for multi-family loans
  • Coordinate with multiple teams like risk, accounting, property teams, inspectors etc.
  • Share standardized documents (financials, rent rolls, Capex budgets)
  • Manage weekly property tour schedules ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Provide administrative support for claims and inspection processes

Desired Skillset

  • Min 1 year of relevant experience in Real Estate Project Management
  • Effective verbal and written communication with organizational and project management abilities
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team aiming to achieve daily set targets
  • Ability to interact with internal customer while seeking information
  • Willing to work in different shifts
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and document management (MS Office, etc
