Assistant Manager - Project Expeditor

You will be responsible for the following key activities: - Expedite with internal stakeholders & partners to ensure timely delivery of products at the required site location and of the required quality. - Contact suppliers to obtain timely submission of engineering data, follow-up on material acquisition, production progress, and shipment. - Evaluate manufacturing schedules and progress reports from suppliers to ensure alignment with agreed schedules. - Compile data for critical items reports and other supplementary reports as needed, coordinating data accumulation from project teams and issuing reports to stakeholders. - Expedite with the engineering department for timely review, approval, and return of engineering data submitted by suppliers. - Maintain a working file of expediting-related documents and memoranda of conversations to record expediting activities. - Update Supplier Performance Database (SPD) promptly. - Obtain copies of supplier orders for material and perform sub-supplier expediting, if necessary. - Participate in pre and post-award meetings, reviewing schedules and potential problem areas that may impact shipment dates. - Coordinate shipping arrangements or tracking requests with project representatives. - Review material receiving reports against shipping documents to verify material receipt at job sites, assisting in tracing missing material. - Coordinate with accounts for partner due account reconciliation and closure. - Recommend the application or waiver of LD to the Vendor. - Coordinate with all stakeholders for timely closure of contracts. Qualifications: - B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering. - MBA or PGDM in Contract Management or Renewable Energy (preferred). - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Contract Administration function.,
