Job Description

We are hiring Masthenahalli, Kaiwara Location

Role and Responsibilities

Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards and safety protocols
Lead and mentor shop-floor teams to improve productivity and skill development
Collaborate with design and planning teams to optimize fabrication workflows
Monitor machine performance and initiate preventive maintenance actions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
Maintain documentation for process control, production reports and compliance audits
Support new product development and prototyping activities
Hands-on expertise in CNC Turning, VMC, Laser Cutting, MIG/TIG Welding and general fabrication.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Qualification: BE Mechanical
Experience: 6-10 years

Preferred Skills

Strong man-management and team leadership abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs and cost control strategies
Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and process documentation
