Assistant Manager - PPC

As an Assistant Manager - PPC at Sterlite Power Transmission Limited, your primary role is to ensure efficient production planning and control. This involves accurate capacity planning, raw material forecasting, coordination with cross-functional teams, and timely execution of plans to meet production and delivery targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Updating machine loading plans with 95% utilization for resource optimization on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis - Achieving 100% adherence to daily production schedules through day-wise production planning - Submitting raw material forecasts with less than 5% deviation from actual requirements on a monthly and 4-month basis to the Supply Chain Management team - Ensuring 100% material readiness as per production and dispatch schedule by providing Material Readiness Plans to the Quality and Dispatch Team - Coordinating with cross-functional teams (S&OP, SCM, Quality, Logistics, Finance, etc.) to ensure timely closure of S&OP and alignment with stakeholders, with zero delays due to miscommunication This role may require travel as and when necessary to fulfill the demands of the position.
